HOW DO I EARN STAR REWARDS POINTS?

StarRewards points will accrue when your Canberra Southern Cross Club membership card is swiped every time you make a purchase at a point of sale within the Canberra Southern Cross Club. Tobacco products are excluded from earning or redeeming StarRewards points.

Memberships to our health and wellness businesses (gyms, swim etc) will also accrue points. Points will be accrued by holding a valid Canberra Southern Cross Club membership along with a membership to Stellar Swim, Southern Cross Health Club, or Anytime Fitness* and will be allocated on a monthly basis and uploaded on the 2nd business day of the month.

*Only available on memberships to Anytime Fitness franchises at Stellar Canberra, Woden, Jamison and Tuggeranong.

HOW DO I SPEND MY POINTS?

You can use your points for purchases* throughout each of Canberra Southern Cross Club’s businesses including food and beverages, gym trials or memberships, and swim sessions. You can also redeem points with some third party partners such as the Healthy Eating Hub and Waves Carwash. For full terms and conditions on StarRewards please ask at Reception.

If a membership expires or a member is expelled from the Club, any points outstanding will be irrecoverable.

HOW DO I CHECK MY STAR REWARDS BALANCE?

There are a number of ways you can check your Star Rewards balance.

• Swipe your membership card at any of our point of sale terminals (such as at Reception, bar, restaurant or café till) and the operator will tell you how many points you have
• Swipe your membership card at our Rewards terminal located at our Woden, Tuggeranong and Jamison hospitality venues
• Download and log in to our Members App (points are updated daily)
• Check your balance on the StarRewards redemption page.

HOW MUCH IS 1 POINT WORTH?

For general purposes, 1 point = 1 cent, 100 points= $1, 1,000 points = $10, and  10,000 points= $100.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRES?

Visit Reception at Canberra Southern Cross Club Woden, Tuggeranong or Jamison to renew your membership. This can also be done online by visiting our website.
